Beware and stay away from this dealership. Save yourself a dissapointment. In my lifetime I have never came across a dealership with people that behaved like a bumper cars in a carnival. As I walked in to see a car an old man asked what i was looking for. Imediately after I told him. He said I will get someone who can show you these. I explained again what ineeded to a new person. He received a call. Passed me onto another person.This should have been a red flag and should have left without returning. I drive 3 cars. I liked the way the toyota rav 4 drove. on my way home I decided to ring the last sales rep and put in an offer. It took 4 phone calls with 3 different people to agree on the offer. Even though I requested I speak to one person only and also requested photos of inside and outside. I received 4 pics attached. It took 2 emailed attemps to get my name and address correct from member number 4. After 10 days, 8 phone calls with 6 different people and a $250 quote to deliver the car, I decided to arrange an appointment at 12pm to pick up the car at the agreed price of $37500. I arrived at 11.45. I was told to sit down. Waited till 12pm in a room full of people on the phone and a chaotic environment with sales reps and office people talking and walking around empty handed. Whilst we watched the termoil of disorganisation in the lovely looking airconditioned office. I was finally invited in by a female into a cubicle office with someone printing out the wrong sale of contract, with the wrong address whilst i i was there. She received a personal phone call and irrelevant conversation whilst my transaction was finalised by another lady in another cubicle who rang somebody else to confirm my money transfer had been received. I walked over and offered to email my receipts but they were happy to just view them on my phone banking revealing my account personal details. Once the 37500 had been received by them including cash and direct deposit. She walked around to ask who Can do the key hand handover. Dealer number 6 was given the keys. When walking out to the back where the car was. My papers flew out of the mitsubishi folder my friend requested they give me. Whilst some papers were on the floor some in the air. The dealer laughingly said and pointing to the papers saying u better get them.u will need them. Shame i didnt check the vehicle upon arrival. This man paired my phone to the car. Showed me the turn on button then received a phone call and was gone. Waited 10mins in the sun trying to work out the radio. I drove off after been there for over 1.5 hours. Trying to work it out on my own. The car pedals were muddy, the car was dirty smelly n dusty inside, The tyres had just been painted so splashed the white paint whilst driving it. It had alot more kms than what wass noted on paper. The scratches were not touched up. The tools, bolts n rusted blade was with the spare tyre were loose and rattling in the back. No vaccumm had passed thru there. It was disgusting as you can seein the picture. The customer service is non existent in this place. I would kindly suggest you stay away from this chaotic dealership if you are in need of an easy, accurate, respectfull, genuine customer sevice, clean car and a smooth transaction dont go here. I felt disapointed and disrespected cashbuyer throughout the whole process like as if i was buying a $500 car. Its been more than 24hrs since i picked it up and noone has made contact.

Collected my new purchased 2020 Ford Everest today, she's an absolute beauty. The guys detailed it, filled the tank up and worked through the paperwork and trade in requirements, quickly, efficiently and very fairly. Thanks to Chris and Ben for all your help through the process, you were both very professional and helpful, especially to a non car guy with some silly questions. All is very much appreciated guys. Purchased a Hyundai Tucson from them last year and are having issues with the auto gearbox which seems to be slipping. We took the car back to them as we had purchased the extended warranty and were told if we took it anywhere else it would void the warranty only to then be told that they can not diagnose Hyundai vehicles as they don’t have the correct equipment and told us to go to Hyundai directly and that would cost me money which is ridiculous as I purchased the car from them and they should cover any costs if they cannot not diagnose the fault themselves which they are NOT willing to do. Gearbox appears to be slipping which the mechanic couldn’t pickup on test drive which I was with him and it noticeable was slipping. Also the vehicle got delivered to us with broken steering wheel switches which we were told we should have bought back the same day as pickup but we didn’t notice until a week later when we tried actually using them! Was told not going to replace basically tuff luck also vehicle was delivered to us with pending recalls which should have been rectified before sale and hand over as it was a serious recall regarding fuse box potentially lighting on fire and burning car down. Absolute joke of a dealer ship take your money and literally fob you off if any issues! I would not recommend them if it was the last place on earth to buy a vehicle!!! I wouldn’t have purchased car if I knew it had recalls and gearbox was faulty I’m no mechanic and trusted they had actually inspected vehicle correctly should never have been sold! Now I’m stuck with a lemon and no one wants to help!!! Have called numerous times and never get call backs!
